Shipping and returns

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment. Each package will have a tracking number assigned to it by the shipping company. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs. Handling, shipping and transport costs are priced according to the mode of transport chosen. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or internationally, we will send you a shipping cost quote for your approval.

The causes for which an item may be returned are limited. In any case, all products marketed from this store have been properly inspected and reviewed prior to shipment, so we recommend that before accepting any package make sure that the packaging is in good condition. By signing the receipt you implicitly accept that the package is in perfect condition, so if it has suffered damage, the carrier will not be responsible for subsequent claims, and will have no obligation to accept the return of damaged items.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased over the Internet, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return it. For the return of an order to be accepted, it is essential that it is sealed, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

3.- Procedure established for the return of the products:

In case the product must be returned, you must contact, by email to the address, indicating the order number, and the causes of the return.

After providing this information, you can send the item to the address indicated, once it is verified that the goods are in good condition, we will proceed to refund the purchase. The expenses derived from the returns or exchanges will be paid by the customer.

4.- Maximum term established for the return:

The Law of Regulation of Retail Trade establishes a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order, after this period no return will be accepted.

Exchange Policy

When the carrier proceeds to the delivery of the item to be replaced, you must be given (without exception), the item to be replaced.
